Park City is widely regarded as one of the best skiing and snowboarding destinations in the world. The mountain town has thousands of acres of alpine terrain perfect for skiers and snowboarders of all skill levels. Sleigh rides, snow tubing, hot-air ballooning, and fly-fishing are some of the other popular winter activities in Park City. With so much alpine adventure to have, it’s no wonder Park City co-hosted the 2002 Olympic Winter Games.
Park City has more than 100 restaurants that serve contemporary and traditional American, French, Italian, Thai, Japanese, and other types of cuisines. Many of these restaurants are either within walking distance or a short ride on Park City’s free transportation system. In addition to its many restaurants, Park City has numerous brew pubs that serve some of Utah’s finest craft beers, as well as the High West Distillery & Saloon, the only ski-in distillery in the world.
